"Maison XVII" is a charming seventeenth-century estate on the French Riviera, set in a converted 17th-century stone barn. The property is a 25-minute drive from Nice city centre and 35 minutes from Nice International Airport, 14 km from the market town of Aspremont and 23 km from the coast at Beaulieu-sur-Mer.
The Property
Maison XVII offers five suites with queen beds and ensuites and a room with two single beds for a maximum of 10 adults and 2 children. The estate is on several levels with stairs. The villa is air-conditioned in the living room, and on the ground floor, the other bedrooms upstairs are equipped with fans; the house being stone, and 500m above sea level in the hills, on summer evenings, the temperature is pleasant.
The living and dining rooms are spacious and pleasant, with a fireplace (aesthetic only, no fires allowed). The property features an outdoor dining area, a private pool, Bocce Ball court and landscaped grounds to explore. There is also a sauna and laundry facilities in a separate cabin.

As there are no transportation services provided or available in the immediate area, a personal vehicle is highly recommended.

Check-in between 4:00 PM and 10:00 PM
Outside of these times check-in can be arranged by request;
Early check-in can be arranged for 100 Euros
Late check in after 10PM to midnight for 100 Euros
After midnight for 200 Euros
Latest check out 11:00 AM
Luggage drop-off allowed, for guests' convenience when they have early arrival or late departure

Zoro the cat
A cat lives in the house. No alternate arrangements can be made for the cat not being present. If you are allergic to cats or have related issues, this house is not suitable for you. The cat does spend the majority of his time outside the house but his food is in the house. Please do not feed him human food.
